I thrive on working on a variety of business types, and have experience in most sectors: professional services, manufacturing, distribution, restaurants, retail stores, health & fitness, just as a few examples. E-commerce and technology businesses are core areas of expertise, due to my personal years of e-commerce business ownership.
Each sale tells the story of a dedicated, committed owner who invested their life’s work into their business. I respect that investment and work with my owners, helping them move to a new chapter in their lives, tackling every obstacle that will arise during the process.
Recently I sold a very successful fitness business in tight knit community. Confidentiality was extremely important for this business’ livelihood. Despite the strict limitations the owner placed on our marketing, we sold the business for 98% of the asking price, and entered escrow in less than 45 days.
I work with both sellers and buyers through one of their most critical life transactions, the complex process of successfully completing a business sale. I especially enjoy working with owners and assisting them with the valuation of their businesses in the current market. I support owners when strategic acquirers approach them, or are considering whether the current deal on the table is good and fair. Leveraging my personal history of business ownership in a company with multi-million dollar inventory turnover, I work with owners to identify value and execute strategy for sale across multiple industries.
