Professional Bio

I started my career in technology working with networking companies and semiconductor design firms as a software engineer and product manager. Eventually after receiving my MBA I decided to go the entrepreneurship route. I started buying and selling real estate assets for myself and other capital partners through the real estate downturn. I purchased many bank notes from failed lenders and converted them to real estate owned assets. I have bought and sold hundreds of businesses and properties for myself and my capital partners through the years. I learned how to spot business potential and the value of both short and long term planning when considering a purchase. The skills I acquired working at Fortune 500 technology companies set me up for this success; the importance of governance, the structure required to scale, and the potential of teamwork. Working directly with products and consumers ingrained in me the importance of solving business problems to deliver value.

 

Today, I apply that mindset to business opportunities, using my experience and skillset to help entrepreneurs make transitions. Sometimes I'm sunsetting a founder into retirement or helping an owner in difficult circumstances. Often I'm helping a buyer in expansion mode pickup a new location or make a strategic acquisition. Either way, helping entrepreneurs realize value is a satisfying way to spend my day.
