I began my business career in 1979 with a company that developed laundromats throughout California as new business opportunities offered to entrepreneurial investors. In 1984, I acquired a California real estate license in order to represent the resale of business opportunities as well as the sale of newly developed stores. Today, I specialize in the sale of existing established small businesses with a specialty in laundromat business sales. My strengths are in finding transactional solutions that meet the needs of both Sellers and Buyers in order to affect a smooth closing. I consider myself first and foremost a problem solver. Whether it be difficult deal negotiations, a problematic lease assignment or terms renegotiation, I look for solutions to bring deals to a successful closing for all parties involved.
My father purchased his first small business in 1967 and I spent my summers going with him to the store every day. I was fascinated then, and I remain fascinated now. After 40 years of building, operating, and selling small businesses, I am excited to continue to work with each and every Seller and Buyer to accomplish their goals.
