I am an experienced sales leader with years of experience driving superior sales and increases in overall corporate sales performance. My ability to listen, analyze financial statements, market the essence of a business, and efficiently execute transactions, allows me to successfully list and transact business sales. I very much value my strategic approach and relationship building.
During my corporate sales life, I negotiated and executed various multiyear beverage contracts, ranging from $5 - $30+ million dollars. This is an even larger accomplishment than it may first seem, as I worked for the #3 player in the beverage space, an industry which is dominated by the top two companies. Negotiating as the underdog against established leaders takes particular talents and tenacity, but in practice the success is all in the details. One of my more successful strategies was to run clever promotions to gain market share, which I then leveraged to get even more space during the next contract!
In my business brokerage career, my most memorable transaction was also my fastest. I listed a run-of-the-mill (but very profitable) sandwich shop, and presented my Seller with a full price offer on the second day after going to market; he accepted, of course! The deal itself turned out to be complex, as it involved an E-2 Visa as well as negotiating with the landlord, but I got the deal done and the business sold in 90 days. I most enjoyed seeing the Buyer and Seller off on the next phases of their careers; both were genuinely kind and easy to work with.
I was born and raised in Torrance, California. I have a strong work ethic, and learning every day is my passion. In fact, my first job was at the age of 10 with that tried and true classic … a paper route for The Daily Breeze! I have 16+ years of experience in business-to-business sales & management with Fortune 500 companies such as Danone, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Campbell’s Soup, and Premier Nutrition. After earning my MBA, I took a leap of faith and left the corporate life, selling franchise business opportunities. My experience is in sales, business contracts, financial analysis, client services, and management give me the necessary background and skills to execute business transactions.
