I love to sell profitable businesses, so much that I’ve done so for over 30 years. I have experience selling almost every type of business imaginable: liquor and convenience stores, sports bars, markets, dry cleaners, nightclubs, and restaurants. I particularly enjoy selling businesses that include the property, especially small strip centers and investment properties... which I have many clients looking to purchase, BTW! I have also helped clients identify and negotiate leases for new locations.
I have sold over 200 liquor stores and markets to date! From 2000 - 2003, I sold many of the Circle K franchise stores that came to market. I also have sold many different types of franchises throughout my years in the business. I have sold many high profile, profitable restaurants and sports bars with real estate included.

I am the classic “climb the ladder” story. I started in retail business as a box boy in a local market, and moved up to store manager. After the store closed, I purchased my own snack food distribution company that sold to liquor stores and markets. Later, I sold many of my customer's stores; there, I learned the day-to-day basics of business ownership: profit margins, P&L statements and tax returns. These skills serve me daily helping owners sell their businesses! Additionally, I have experience raising capital and growing businesses: with Cousin Jenney’s Pasty shops, we distributed specialty food, raised over $1 million dollars, and grew to multiple stores throughout Orange County. These experiences are the foundation for me to understand, evaluate, and market the business that you want to sell, after all, I was an owner throughout much of my career!
But my finest accomplishment is being a father to my two grown kids, Anthony and Alissa!
