BottomLine brings new businesses to market regularly, and we email our interested Buyers as soon as they become available. You'll subscribe to that email list when you sign up for a BottomLine account; it is quick and easy. Then, be on the lookout for BottomLine’s weekly email. When you find a business that catches your eye, hop on the website and check out the details.

Once you’ve found a business you like, there are two ways to get additional information:

1. If you have a BottomLine account, go to the webpage for that business and add it to your NDA. You can then access the details: address, summary of the business, photos, and any available video tours.
2. Reach out to the broker. Each page lists their contact information including name, phone number, and email address. And if you have an account and are logged in, you can use that same button to Summon the Agent.

Once you’ve reviewed the details of the business, you’ll probably have further questions. The broker can answer them; it's their job to know everything worth knowing about each business. Plus, they can provide helpful supporting documents such as financial statements, leases, etc.

BottomLine’s brokers are very responsive, so this doesn’t happen often. But if you feel you haven’t received a timely response to your inquiry, we suggest that you:

• Check your email Spam folder. Occasionally an information package gets routed there by mistake. 
• If you’ve received our NDA (it will be via DocuSign), please complete it, and be sure to click the “Finish” button! Without a completed NDA, we can't send the information you requested.
• If you've completed both of these, reach out to the broker again, and make sure to provide your correct email address and phone number as required. We regularly receive contact information with typos or in unclear voicemails; our brokers can’t get back to you without the correct information.

Remember that each broker is juggling a tremendous number of emails, texts, and voicemails from Buyers inquiring about many businesses for sale, so don't hesitate to follow-up if you are interested!

This typically means one of two things has happened:

1. Emails occasionally get filtered to a Spam or Promotions folder by mistake; go take a look. If that's the case, make sure to tell your email it's not Spam...that’s usually an option somewhere on their page. That way, you will receive all future emails.
2. You previously unsubscribed from the email list and need to resubscribe. You can do so by:
   1. If you have an BottomLine account, log in, go to the profile page (upper right corner and click your name), and resubscribe in the Email Preferences section. 
   2. If you don’t have a BottomLine account, sign up for one. You’ll be added back to the mailing list during the process.
   3. Or, click here to reach out, and let us know you want to receive emails again. We will add you back onto the list!

The next time you receive a new business for sale email, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link near the bottom of the email. You will be automatically removed from the mailing list.
