Our Buyers and Sellers are extremely busy, and occasionally forget to sign an important document. So DocuSign sends gentle email reminders to complete the signing process. Your options to stop receiving the reminders are: 

• Sign the Document 
• Decline to Sign
• Contact the Agent who sent the document and ask them to cancel it. You can simply "reply to" the email notification to contact the sender of the document.

Yes. After all parties have finished signing a document, you will automatically receive an email with a button leading to the completed document. Click that button to view and download a copy for your records.

Yes. Once all signers have finished, we are automatically notified via email that the document has been completed, and we will respond accordingly.

The content of each document is specific to the transaction it is associated with. Reach out to the Agent who sent you the document and they will answer all your questions.

Yes, if the email address you’re using is the same email address you registered with DocuSign. Login to DocuSign with your email and password. Once logged in, select the Documents tab and you will see your documents.
