I love working with passionate, driven entrepreneurs. I am an excellent communicator and strive to keep my clients well-informed throughout the deal. My client’s best interests are always priority over closing any particular deal.  My 30+ years of business experience gives me insight into the ownership mentality; I’ve been there and can relate to my clients’ challenges and successes. I have a deep understanding of both the financial and operating aspects of small-to-medium sized businesses, which gives me a huge advantage when selling them. I walk each client through every aspect of their transaction: marketing, offers, due diligence, escrow, and closing. 

My all-time favorite commercial real estate deal required serious out of the box thinking. My client was a private university (undergraduate, graduate, and vocational training) who rapidly outgrew their original 10,000sf facility. We located, purchased, and converted a 250,000sf hotel (which, by the way, already contained two restaurants!) into their new campus. The deal was extremely complex with many moving parts: due diligence, zoning checks, and environmental studies … we even survived asbestos remediation! But in the end, my client acquired the property, moved into their new home smoothly, and grew their business dramatically in the decade since. The most challenging deals are always the most rewarding!
